Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district,



responsible for driving revenue growth across Pro Ultimate’s fitness ecosystem offerings. In this position, the Sales Manager develops and executes sales strategies, manages the sales pipeline, and builds strong relationships with gym owners, franchise partners, fitness professionals, and institutional clients. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics, preparing forecasts and reports, providing input on market trends, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes. The Sales Manager is expected to mentor team members, maintain high standards of customer service, and represent the Pro Ultimate brand professionally in all interactions.
