Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) CASA to drive liability business by acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and achieving CASA acquisition targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in liability sales, customer acquisition, team management, and banking compliance while delivering superior business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets in terms of account volume, value, and product mix.
- Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through proactive business development activities.
- Identify, prospect, and meet potential customers to understand their banking requirements.
- Promote CASA products by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Ensure accurate completion of Account Opening Forms (AOF)



and KYC documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality account acquisition standards with zero fraud and full compliance adherence.
- Monitor and minimize AOF rejections and customer attrition.
- Drive cross-selling of banking products, including Third Party Products (TPP) and other liability offerings.
- Execute self-sourcing initiatives and campaign-based customer acquisition programs.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team business goals.
- Ensure consistent achievement of business targets aligned with organizational objectives.
