Civil Site Supervisor – Bhutan Project

Location: Tareythang, Gelephu, Bhutan

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Role:

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor for our Bhutan based project to manage day‑to‑day site activities, labour supervision, and ensure quality waterproofing and finishing work.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise waterproofing and finishing work in bathrooms/wet areas
- Check surface preparation, joints, pipe areas, and drains
- Guide labour for correct application of materials
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records
- Ensure safety and coordinate with project team

Requirements




- Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 2–5 years’ site supervision experience
- Knowledge of construction drawings & measurements
- Willing to travel & stay at Bhutan project site
- Practical, responsible, hardworking
