Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer Trainee will undergo structured training in polymer manufacturing processes, machine operations, preventive maintenance, quality systems, and production planning. The role is designed to develop technical and practical skills while supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in polymer/plastic manufacturing processes.
- Support production teams in achieving daily production targets.
- Assist with preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.




- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Help reduce machine downtime and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain production and maintenance records.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
