Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer – OEM Sales to drive business growth across Tamil Nadu and South India.

The role involves identifying and developing OEM customers, understanding technical requirements, recommending suitable wire and cable solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating orders, and building long-term customer relationships.

You will work closely with Control Panel Manufacturers, Machine Builders,



Industrial Automation Companies, Pump & Motor Manufacturers, Switchgear Manufacturers, EPC Contractors, and other industrial OEMs.

Responsibilities

* Develop new OEM and industrial customers.

* Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.

* Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.

* Prepare technical and commercial quotations.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.

* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

* Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, production, and delivery.

* Provide pre- and post-sales technical support.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

* Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

* 2–3 years of experience in OEM or industrial sales preferred.

* Experience in electrical wires
