Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing Recruitment/ Hiring, ensuring compliance with SOP and Policiy procedures, and supporting the overall employee experience. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyse the TA data effectively.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment, On-boarding, joining process, induction and maintaining personal files.
- Grievance handling
- Employee engagement activities (Kaizen scheme, team building activities & sports day etc..)
- Quarterly and annual returns (Form-20, Form-D, POSH, Form-2 & ER1) ➢ Co-ordinating for medical insurance claim
- Monitoring admin activities like canteen, transport etc…
- Welfare activities , Supervise HR activities including on-boarding, training, and employee relations.
- Monitoring attendance
- Preparing monthly muster reports (Recruitment Matrix, TA Etc.,)




- Skills Required
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in managing various HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.
- We prefer candidates who are currently residing in or around Bommasandra and are willing to relocate for this position.
