Role Description
The Sr Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships for Avient’s material solutions portfolio.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating technical support for customers, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and technical services. The Sr Sales Associate will monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasts, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and proposals. This position also supports pricing discussions, contract negotiations under guidance, and continuous improvement of sales processes to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
