Junior Community Manager (Fresher)– Arré Voice Tamil

Location: Chennai (Preferred) / Hybrid

We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, spotting talent, building communities and making creators feel like they belong. If you're the person who always knows what's trending online, enjoys connecting with new people and believes communities are built one conversation at a time, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

Discover and onboard Tamil creators onto Arré Voice.

Build robust relationships with creators and help them grow consistently.

Keep the Tamil creator community active through calls, messages, events and campaigns.

Identify emerging creators, trends and content opportunities.

Support creator challenges, contests and engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with the content, social media and product teams to execute campaigns.

Track creator activity and community health metrics.





Gather creator feedback and work with the product team to improve the experience.

Represent Arré Voice during college visits, creator meetups and community events.

Be constantly experimenting with new ways to grow the community.

We're looking for someone who

Is a fresh graduate (final-year students are absolutely welcome).

Is fluent in spoken and written Tamil and English.

Loves talking to people and building relationships.

Is active on Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

Understands Tamil internet culture, memes and creator trends.

Is organised and can manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Is proactive and takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Enjoys solving creator problems and celebrating their wins.

Can write clear, friendly and conversational messages.

Is comfortable making calls and speaking with creators every day.
