Role: Senior AI Engineer

Location: Pune, India

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, and up-to-date AI frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI applications, mentoring team members, and driving AI innovation from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and workflow automation.
- Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tool integrations.
- Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluations, and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
- Optimize token usage, latency, and cost for production AI applications.
- Integrate AI models using REST APIs,



SDKs, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
- Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture, and technical decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 610 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks
- Advanced RAG architectures
- Prompt Engineering
- Embeddings,
