Role & responsibilities

Take customer orders and serve food & beverages efficiently

Prepare coffee and beverages as per standard recipes (for Barista role)

Ensure cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas

Handle billing and cash/card payments

Train current staff on beverage preparation and service standards.

Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards

Maintain coffee quality, consistency, and presentation.

Provide friendly and prompt customer service

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience in cafe/restaurant/hospitality

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (for Barista)

Presentable and customer-oriented attitude

Willingness to work in shifts and weekends
