This is a full-time remote job for a video designer.

We're a young, fast-growing marketing agency in India, building social content for real brands across skincare, jewellery, education and more. We're small enough that your work actually matters here. It goes live, it gets seen, and you own it from day one.

We're looking for a designer who is a
video person first.

What this role is for

This role is for you if you love making short-form videos that people actually stop and watch. Reels, ads, brand videos with a strong hook and real craft. You have a taste and a point of view on what makes a video good, and you build it yourself instead of dropping content into a premade template. If you can look at a video and know why it works or why it falls flat, this is your seat.

The things we care about most

1. You can actually make good videos.
You know your editing software (Adobe or whatever you're strongest in) and you use it to build something engaging from scratch. Valuable hook, good pacing, good finish. Not template-based videos, real editing with judgement behind it.

You have real design taste.
You know which font works and which one kills a design. You notice when something is misaligned or off-balance before we do. You know what looks premium and what looks cheap. This is the thing we cannot teach, so you need to already have the eye.
3. You can create images using AI.
You know how to use tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to generate valuable quality images and visuals, so the quick stuff gets done fast and looks great.

On AI

We love AI and we use it. We already have ChatGPT and Midjourney, and if there's a tool that would make your work better, we'll buy it. What we want is someone who knows where AI saves time and where it doesn't. Use AI where it's smart, use your software where it counts. It's a mix. We're not looking for someone who lets AI do the thinking. We're looking for someone who uses it to move faster and make the work look better.
