Job Description:
- Assist in designing plastic components used in automotive seating systems.
- Prepare and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings as per design requirements.
- Support senior engineers in product development and engineering changes.
- Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, company standards, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as CAE, tooling, manufacturing, and quality.
- Participate in design reviews and implement feedback.
- Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and revision records.
- Learn and apply automotive standards, GD&T;, DFMEA, and plastic design guidelines.
- Support prototype development, testing, and issue resolution.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of plastic part design and injection molding.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as CATIA V5, Siemens NX.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T; fundamentals.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced automotive environment.
