- Develop and execute the company's ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Establish short-, medium-, and long-term sustainability roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
- Advise executive leadership on emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive ESG integration across manufacturing plants, engineering, procurement, supply chain, HR, and corporate functions.
- Support Board and senior leadership in ESG governance and decision-making.

2. Climate Change & Decarbonization
- Develop and implement climate action and net-zero strategies.
- Lead greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory management (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions).
- Identify and implement energy efficiency, renewable energy, electrification, and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Conduct climate risk and scenario assessments.
- Monitor carbon pricing, emissions regulations, and climate-related financial risks.

3. Environmental Sustainability
- Lead initiatives for:
- Energy conservation
- Water stewardship
- Waste minimization
- Circular economy




- Resource efficiency
- Pollution prevention
- Improve environmental performance across manufacturing facilities.
- Drive sustainable manufacturing and green factory initiatives.
- Support environmental compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Sustainable Manufacturing
- Develop sustainability programs across production operations.
- Promote lean manufacturing integrated with sustainability principles.
- Improve lifecycle environmental performance of products.
- Support eco-design and sustainable product development.
- Enhance resource productivity across manufacturing processes.

5. ESG Reporting & Disclosure
- Lead preparation of annual ESG and sustainability reports.
- Ensure reporting aligns with recognized frameworks such as:
- Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
- Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB)
- IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards
- Task Force on Climate-related Financial Discl
