Key Responsibilities

✅ Partner with business leaders to understand growth priorities and translate them into marketing strategies.

✅ Lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals, focusing on:
- Lead generation
- Brand building
- Performance marketing
- SEO and search visibility
- Social media marketing
- Content marketing
- Employer branding
- Website and digital experience enhancement

✅ Manage and strengthen a network of digital agencies, creative partners, performance marketing firms, SEO specialists,



PR agencies, production vendors, and freelancers.

✅ Drive adoption of AI and marketing technologies to improve productivity, speed, quality, and campaign effectiveness.

✅ Develop and optimize customer journeys, websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve engagement and business outcomes.

✅ Support business teams with marketing collateral, presentations, campaigns, videos, brochures, events, and product launches.

✅ Track marketing effectiveness through dashboards, analytics, ROI measurement, and business reporting.

✅ Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, digital marketing, customer behaviour, and martech.

What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of marketing experience, with significant leadership exposure.
- Mandatory experience in BFSI (Broking, Wealth Management, Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Fintech, or Financial Services).
