Role Description

The International Customer Service Representative – US Voice is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US customers, resolving queries, sharing accurate information, and escalating complex issues when needed.

Responsibilities include meeting service targets, following communication guidelines, documenting interactions, and working with team members and supervisors to improve customer outcomes. The role also requires training participation and ongoing process knowledge improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.




- Candidates with 1–7 years of relevant International Voice Process experience are preferred and will be considered.
- Relevant experience includes Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Upselling, Cross-selling, Collections, Retention, Lead Generation, or any other International BPO Voice Process.
- Strong customer-facing skills and excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Good communication, active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, call-handling software, and basic MS Office/email/chat applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Minimum qualification: High School/PUC (12th Pass). A bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work on-site in Bengaluru.
