Faculty Contract – Nucleus Batch 2026 (Bio-logic Studies)

Faculty Member (Contractual / Hourly Basis)

Nature of Engagement

This is a part-time, contract-based teaching assignment. Faculty will be compensated based on approved teaching hours and assigned academic work.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online classes as per the schedule.
- Prepare complete lecture modules and study materials.
- Develop PPTs, notes, MCQs, assignments, and practice tests.
- Record classes if required.
- Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions.
- Assist in mock tests, evaluation, and student mentoring.
- Maintain skilled teaching standards and meet scheduled deadlines.

Workload
- Teaching hours and module allocation will be decided mutually.
- Additional preparation time is expected for each assigned class.

Payment
- Remuneration will be paid on an hourly basis for live teaching.




- Payment for module preparation or additional academic work will be as mutually agreed.
- Payments will be processed after completion of assigned work and submission of attendance/work records.

Confidentiality

All teaching materials, presentations, recordings, question banks, and study resources prepared during the contract shall remain the intellectual property of Bio-logic Studies and must not be shared or reused without written permission.

Contract Period

The contract is valid for the assigned batch/module and may be extended based on performance and mutual agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with reasonable notice. Bio-logic Studies reserves the right to discontinue the contract in cases of misconduct, repeated absence, poor quality of teaching, or breach of confidentiality.
