Kyro is building the operating system for personal trainers.

Today, trainers manage workouts, client progress, payments, scheduling, and communication across notebooks, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and multiple apps. We're changing that. Kyro helps trainers run a more professional coaching business from one platform, while delivering a better experience to their clients.

We're an early-stage startup with ambitious goals, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build the company.

About the Role

We're looking for our
first Business Development hire
.

You'll work directly with the founder to help define our go-to-market strategy, speak with fitness professionals every day, run product demos, close customers, build partnerships, and continuously improve how we sell.

What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to personal trainers, gyms and fitness businesses across India.
- Conduct product demos and onboard recent customers.




- Build relationships with trainer communities, academies and gym chains.
- Follow up consistently and convert interested prospects into paying customers.
- Collect customer feedback and work closely with the product team to improve Kyro.
- Help define our sales playbook, messaging and outreach strategy.
- Represent Kyro at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities when required.

What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or solution sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, demos and consultative selling.
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment.
- Passion for startups and building something from the ground up.
