Role Description

The Business Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Working closely with the Founders and senior management, this role will oversee cross-functional business operations, ensuring strategic initiatives are translated into execution.

The role involves planning, monitoring and optimizing business processes across Finance, Sales, Construction, Procurement, HR and PMO. The Business Operations Manager will establish operational metrics, analyze business performance, drive process improvements,



manage strategic projects and support the implementation of systems, ERP and AI initiatives.

The role also includes preparing management reports and dashboards, coordinating cross-functional priorities, and ensuring accountability across the organization.

Experience: 5–8 years in Business Operations, PMO, Strategy, Consulting or Operations Excellence.

Qualifications

* Strong experience in Business Operations, Operations Management or Program Management.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.

* Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and improving operational efficiency.

* Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and business reporting.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
