Role Description
This is a full time Sales Manager role based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for allocated products and territories, drive new business acquisition,



and deepen relationships with existing customers to increase disbursements and portfolio quality. Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, guiding and monitoring the sales team, conducting market visits, and identifying opportunities across machinery, business, working capital, solar, and property-backed loans. The role involves collaborating with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience, compliance with company policies, and timely reporting of sales performance. The Sales Manager will also be expected to analyze market trends, support local marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategic decisions that strengthen EFL’s presence in the region.

Qualifications
- Solid experience in sales management, preferably in NBFCs, banking, or financial services, with proven ability to meet and exceed revenue and portfolio quality targets.
