Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive role at Bandhan Bank is a full-time, on-site position based in Jajpur. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting bank products such as loans, deposit accounts, and other retail banking services, and meeting assigned sales and revenue targets.



The Senior Sales Executive will conduct customer visits, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide guidance on suitable financial products aligned with customer needs. This position also includes coordinating with branch teams, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, preparing regular sales reports, and contributing to local marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail banking sales, financial services, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in semi-urban or rural markets.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities, including active listening, needs assessment, and solution-oriented communication.
- Solid negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
