Role Description
The Branch Manager Direct Channel FOS is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhanbad,



responsible for leading and managing the direct field operations sales team for health insurance products. The individual in this role will oversee branch-level business development, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and customer acquisition goals. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring frontline sales professionals, conducting regular performance reviews, driving lead generation and conversion activities, and ensuring alignment with company guidelines and compliant sales practices. The role involves coordinating with regional and corporate teams, analyzing local market opportunities, implementing strategic initiatives to grow the direct channel, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to support retention and cross-selling.
