Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Focus

Be a link between the site and project manager/ management & assist the project manager in driving all teams to complete the project within stipulated timeline.

Establishing time span of project execution as per specifications.

Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings.

Co-ordination with various departments for achieving targets.

Evaluating designs; coordinating with consultants for changes in the same.

Operational Focus

Overseeing pre-tender obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, study of contractual conditions, project cost analysis including considering cost impact of techno-commercial conditions.

Value engineering

Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.

To discuss with the management about the issues of site which cannot be resolved at site level and needs stakeholders intervention

To keep track of progress update (physical/cash flow) of every project.





Preparing techno commercial offers for selecting the optimum product to be used on the project within approved time schedule & budget.

Focus on optimizing project costs by monitoring construction delays, resources, programs and schedules etc. through regular interaction with Project Manager

Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.

Understanding and meeting all contract requirements and prepare contractual Non Conformances on periodic manner.

Education and Experience and Skills

Bachelors or other related discipline required

7+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required

Leadership Competencies and Skills

Robust and clear communication.

Project Management, Project Scheduling, Analysis risk, Change Management,Technology Selection, Infrastructure Support, Quantity Surveying, Tender & Bid Management, Vendor Interaction and Team Building & Leadership
