Role Description:
The role is a full-time, on-site position responsible for running and monitoring production machinery in a specialty organic chemical manufacturing environment. The operator will set up, operate, and adjust machines according to standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth production line performance and adherence to safety protocols. Daily tasks include inspecting materials and products for quality, recording production data, reporting deviations, and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution. The role also involves supporting the implementation of best practices on the shop floor, participating in training activities, and following environmental, health, and safety guidelines. The position is based at Pharvinex Group’s manufacturing facility in Kota.

Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor production machinery, with skills in Machine Operation and working on Production Lines.
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures,



including basic testing, inspection, and documentation of product quality.
- Robust Communication skills for effective coordination with supervisors, maintenance teams, and colleagues on the shop floor.
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn and follow structured training programs, SOPs, and safety practices.
- Prior experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industry production operations is preferred.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and ability to use personal protective equipment properly.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; technical or vocational qualification in chemical, mechanical, or industrial trades is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical work in a manufacturing environment.
