Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The CFO will oversee all financial operations of SHREEJIKRUPA PROJECT LIMITED and serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

Key responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management, capital planning, and ensuring the company's long-term financial stability.



The CFO will supervise the preparation and presentation of financial statements, statutory and management reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

The role also involves evaluating project viability, optimizing funding structures, monitoring project profitability, strengthening internal financial controls, and supporting strategic business decisions. The CFO will lead the finance and accounts function, coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities, and drive continuous process improvements to support sustainable business growth.
