Job Title: SAP Administrator (SAP Admin)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Administrator (SAP Admin) to manage and support our SAP system, ensuring smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP user administration, master data management, system monitoring, reporting, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and deactivate SAP user accounts.
- Manage user roles, authorizations, and access permissions.
- Monitor SAP system performance and coordinate with SAP support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain employee, vendor, customer, and material master data.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular validation and audits.
- Generate SAP reports and MIS reports for management.
- Provide first-level support to SAP users and resolve transaction-related queries.
- Conduct user training and system orientation when required.
- Maintain system documentation and process records.




- Ensure compliance with SAP security policies and support internal/external audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in SAP Administration or SAP Support.
- Good knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FICO, and HR.
- Strong understanding of SAP user administration and master data management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP Certification will be an added advantage.
