ROLE OVERVIEW

The Creative Head will lead Cocoma's creative vision across Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Content, Branding, and Digital Storytelling. This role is responsible for ensuring every creative output reflects exceptional quality, innovation, and business impact.

Beyond creative direction, the role will champion AI adoption, streamline creative workflows, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, high-performing campaigns.

This is a leadership role for someone who can inspire creativity, build scalable creative systems, and shape the future of Cocoma's creative function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Leadership
- Define and lead the overall creative vision across Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Design, Branding, and Digital Campaigns.
- Develop strong creative concepts and visual storytelling frameworks for YouTube, Social Me
