Job Description

As a Domestic Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through Voice and/or Chat channels. You will assist customers by resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer interactions through Voice and/or Chat support.





* Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.

* Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.

* Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.

* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

* Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

* Follow company policies, processes, and customer service guidelines.

* Participate in training sessions and continuously enhance product and process knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

* **Graduates only** (Candidates pursuing higher education are **not eligible**).

* **Candidates with an Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./Diploma in Engineering) are not eligible.**

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred).

* Robust customer service attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
