Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Performance Marketer role based in Indore. The Digital Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and marketplaces, focusing on measurable growth in traffic,



conversions, and revenue. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring campaign metrics, performing A/B testing, and refining targeting strategies to improve ROAS and reduce CAC. The role also involves collaborating with content, design, and product teams to create effective ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional strategies aligned with brand positioning. The Digital Performance Marketer will regularly analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve digital performance and support overall business goals.
