About the Role

Invest Mango is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our site and office floor. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational execution, maintain high standards of workplace presentation, coordinate across departments, and deliver an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a polished, hospitality-oriented approach to managing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site and office floor.
- Ensure the office premises, reception, meeting rooms, and client areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, HR, Admin, Accounts, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, and facility staff.




- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of all operational and maintenance work.
- Monitor daily operational activities and resolve on-ground issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, site materials, and operational assets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure a premium customer experience for all clients and visitors.
