Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Purchase Executive
to manage the procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements. The ideal candidate should have a
pharma or related educational background
and a good understanding of pharmaceutical procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, APIs, packaging materials, and other consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop recent vendors while maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
- Obtain quotations,



negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up until material receipt.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Accounts departments for procurement planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison statements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
- Ensure purchased materials comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, delivery, or documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel, ERP/software (if applicable), and MS Office.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm)
