Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to identify new business opportunities and expand services offered.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, or other means to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to develop targeted campaigns that meet client needs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in international sales or US sales in the IT services industry.
- Solid communication skills for effective phone conversations with C-level executives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets in an inside sales role.
