Role Description
The Academic Counsellor role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The Academic Counsellor will guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable training programs aligned with their academic background, interests, and career goals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining course structures and outcomes, and advising learners on academic pathways in emerging technologies. The role involves coordinating with trainers and placement teams, maintaining accurate records of learner interactions and progress, and supporting workshops, seminars, and campus events. The Academic Counsellor will also contribute to outreach activities, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and help ensure a positive learner experience from enrollment through completion.
Qualifications
- Strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in making informed educational choices.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical programs clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
