Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Product Designer with experience in designing bags and leather accessories. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturing, and be capable of taking products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

* Design premium backpacks, handbags, wallets, laptop bags, and other accessories.

* Create concept sketches, technical drawings, CADs, and production-ready tech packs.

* Develop product specifications, dimensions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and construction details.

* Select materials, trims, hardware, zippers,



linings, and color combinations.

* Coordinate with sampling teams and manufacturers during prototype development.

* Review samples, improve designs, and prepare products for production.

* Research global fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences.

* Ensure products meet quality, functionality, and cost objectives.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories, Leather Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

* 1–5 years of experience in designing handbags, backpacks, wallets, or leather accessories.

* Robust portfolio showcasing relevant products.

* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software.

* Knowledge of bag construction, materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.

* Experience creating production-ready tech packs.

* Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
