Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in the Pune Division. The Pre Sales professional will respond to inquiries from prospective customers, provide detailed information about projects, and support the sales team in qualifying leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, understanding customer requirements, preparing and presenting project proposals,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or other tracking systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and pricing information, organizing site visits, and ensuring a smooth transition of qualified prospects to the sales closing process. The individual will also contribute to market research and competitor analysis to strengthen sales pitches and customer engagement.
