- Works as CMS SPOC, performs end to end liasioning and sharing merchant details to CMS clients, meeting all major CMS clients regularly interacts with internal team for cash-in and ensures the smooth CMS transactions.
- Works as GL SPOC, meets all channel members of the partner companies and ensure smooth execution of Gold Loan cases through our merchants.
- Works as BPCL & Bharat GAS SPOC, meets all BPCL & Bharat Gas hierarchies periodically understands their concerns also gets our issues resolved.
- Works as SPOC for all Govt deptt relationships like NABARD, SLBC, Police HQ and represents and attend meeting for Fino wherever required. Also provides data to them whenever asked.
