General Sales Manager – North India

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across North India.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and project networks.
- Drive business across retail, trade, institutional, and project segments.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 18+ years
of sales experience with at least 10
years
in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong dealer, distributor, and project network across North India.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

Preferred Industry Experience: Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Ceramic Tiles, Waterproofing Products, Epoxy & Cementitious Grouts, Building Materials.

Compensation

₹4.5 Lakhs – ₹6.5 Lakhs per Month (CTC)
