- Architect enterprise-scale Lakehouse solutions using Azure Databricks.
- Design scalable, secure and cost-optimized data platforms on Azure.
- Define reference architectures, standards, design patterns and reusable frameworks.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and solution blueprinting.
- Create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents from High-Level Architecture.
- Define engineering playbooks, reusable assets and implementation templates.
- Drive architecture consistency across multiple projects and business domains.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Governance Teams and Business Stakeholders.
- Lead technical discussions with customer architects and leadership teams.
2. Data Engineering Execution
- Ingestion Framework Design, Medallion Architecture Implementation, Transformation Engineering, Data Quality Engineering, Performance & Cost Optimization.
3. Data Modeling & Gold Layer Architecture
- Design enterprise data models supporting analytics, reporting,
AI and self-service consumption.
4. Governance & Data Quality Architecture
- Implement enterprise governance standards through architectural controls.
5. DevOps, Automation & Platform Engineering
- Azure DevOps Ownership, CI/CD Implementation, Infrastructure as Code, Platform Automation and Production Support.
6. Team Enablement & Technical Leadership
- Mentor Data Engineers and Technical Leads.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Develop reusable templates, accelerators and knowledge assets.
- Drive technical onboarding programs.
- Act as Level-3 escalation point for delivery teams.
- Foster an Automation-First engineering culture.
