Role Description

The Director – Healthcare Operations is a full-time,
on-site role based in Abroad
, responsible for leading healthcare-related operational initiatives within the organization’s immigration and consulting services. This role involves overseeing end-to-end healthcare operations for clients, coordinating with internal teams and external healthcare partners, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare and immigration guidelines. The Director will monitor performance metrics, streamline processes, and develop strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key projects, guiding teams through training and performance reviews, supporting sales and client engagement activities related to healthcare services, and resolving complex operational issues. The position requires close collaboration with leadership to align healthcare operations with business objectives and to support sustainable growth.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, including operational standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Candidates should possess Training and team development skills to coach, mentor, and upskill staff effectively.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
- Relevant experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or healthcare consulting is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
