Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Seven Chakras India is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage and develop relationships with distributors and retail partners, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, conducting market visits, negotiating and closing deals,



and ensuring effective product placement and visibility. The role also involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional activities and optimize supply. The Sales Manager is expected to lead and guide the sales team, provide training and feedback, and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, and account management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
