About Us

We are a fast-growing Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an experienced
Training & Sales Director
to build, develop, and lead our intake and sales operations. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven background in training high-performing sales teams, improving conversion rates, and creating scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead training programs for Intake Specialists, Case Managers, and Sales Closers.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a high-performing remote sales and intake team.
- Develop sales scripts, training manuals, SOPs, role-play exercises, and continuous coaching programs.
- Create and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards to improve individual and team results.
- Build and optimize inbound lead handling and outbound follow-up processes to maximize conversions.




- Develop staffing schedules that ensure full coverage during evenings and weekends.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to achieve aggressive growth and revenue goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and training sales teams.
- Strong background in high-volume call centers, legal intake, personal injury, insurance, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success in creating training programs that improve sales performance and team productivity.
- Experience managing KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
