About us

Dental Avenue India is a manufacturer of dental materials under the
Avue
brand — impression materials, composites, cements, and endodontic products — made in India and trusted by dental professionals across India and Southeast Asia. As we scale our North India business, we're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead the charge.

What you'll own
- Full P&L; responsibility for North India sales — targets, growth, and team performance
- Building and mentoring a team of area managers and field sales representatives
- Expanding and strengthening our dealer/distributor network across the region
- Key relationships with dental colleges, institutions, and high-value accounts
- Regional participation in trade shows, CDE programs, and dental conferences




- Market intelligence — feeding competitor and customer insights back to product and marketing teams

Who you are
- 10–15 years in sales, with team leadership experience
- Background in
dental, pharma, or medical devices
— if you've built distributor networks and led field teams in healthcare, we want to hear from you even if dental is new to you
- Solid distributor management and channel sales track record in North India
- Willing to travel extensively across the region
- A builder's mindset: you enjoy growing markets, developing people, and winning alongside the dental community we serve
