Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Patna - Incharge of Bihar. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, including managing distributor and retailer relationships, driving product placement, and ensuring achievement of sales targets for brands such as Nutramantra and Bo-bae. The role involves planning and executing territory-specific sales strategies,



monitoring performance metrics, and identifying new market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include field visits, negotiations with trade partners, coordination with internal marketing and supply chain teams, and regular reporting on sales performance and market trends. The Area Sales Manager will also support promotional activities, ensure adherence to company policies, and provide feedback to enhance product positioning and brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in territory sales management, channel development, and key account handling.
- Ability to build and maintain distributor and retailer relationships, with effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence in sales forecasting, target achievement, and performance analysis using basic sales and reporting tools.
