About the Role

Fulfilment is the engine room every order a family places has to be booked, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. As Fulfilment Executive, you own the order-to-dispatch cycle across D2C and marketplaces: processing orders, booking marketplace pickups and inbound appointments, keeping inventory in sync across channels, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks — even at high volume.Key Responsibilities

Own order management end-to-end across D2C (Shopify) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, quick-commerce) — order processing, allocation and dispatch coordination.

Handle marketplace appointment / pickup booking — Amazon (FBA / Easy Ship / appointment booking), Flipkart — and warehouse inbound appointment scheduling with vendors and 3PLs.

Coordinate pick-pack-dispatch with the warehouse team — accurate picking, quality packing, manifest generation, labelling and on-time courier handover.

Keep inventory in sync across all channels — stock updates, availability,



buffer management and reconciliation via WMS / OMS — preventing oversell and stock-outs.

Manage returns / RTO / RVP processing and reconciliation; resolve order exceptions (address issues, unserviceable pincodes, stock mismatches, technical failures).

Track and hit daily dispatch TAT; own pendency management and explicit backlogs proactively.

Maintain daily order/fulfilment MIS — fill rate, dispatch TAT, pendency, accuracy — and flag risks early.

Partner with Last-Mile, CX, Sourcing and Planning to keep the flow smooth end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

2–6 years in fulfilment / order management / e-commerce operations in D2C, e-commerce or marketplace environments.

Hands-on with order processing, marketplace panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub), appointment/pickup booking and dispatch coordination.

Working knowledge of WMS / OMS (Unicommerce, Easyecom, Vinculum or similar) and multi-channel inventory sync.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets; sharp attention
