Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance Bawa Hospital's digital presence.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, patient education campaigns, and healthcare awareness initiatives.
- Manage and grow the hospital's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with hospital services, health awareness days, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to create authentic, informative,



and engaging healthcare content.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate patient enquiries and appointments.
- Monitor online engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online community.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care, Marketing, and Telecalling teams to convert digital enquiries into appointments.
- Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, healthcare marketing practices, and digital innovations.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
