Role Description
We're looking for a driven Business Growth Executive to lead our sales and outreach efforts. You'll generate leads, counsel students on career goals, pitch our courses, and close deals to drive enrollments and revenue — while building lasting relationships with prospective students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating leads via social media, online platforms, networking & referrals
- Understanding learners aspirations and recommending the right courses
- Pitching course offerings effectively
- Building and nurturing relationships with leads
- Converting leads into enrolled students & hitting sales targets
- Collaborating with marketing to boost lead generation
- Tracking performance and reporting on conversions
Qualifications
- Robust communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven attitude
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
