Role Description
The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing polopan’s growth strategy across partners, brands, and strategic accounts.



This role leads the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including partnership models with fashion brands, commerce platforms, and technology partners that align with polopan’s taste-based commerce vision. The Vice President oversees the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and long-term account management for large enterprise accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and mentoring a business development team, collaborating closely with product and engineering to shape commercial offerings, and establishing scalable processes for pipeline management and forecasting. The role also involves representing polopan in external meetings and industry events, gathering market feedback, and translating insights into actionable plans that drive revenue, adoption, and strategic positioning.
