Role & responsibilities
- Disbursement Target achievement as per City CAT
- Net Insurance Premium collection of 2% of Disbursement Volume Target
- 50% of the file login target equivalent CASA A/c should open
- Compliance to all process norms
- Managing customer relationships & addressing sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & cross-sell to customers
- Cross Selling - Insurance Premium to cover credit risk
- Engage with different channels within the Bank like, Branch Banking, Affluent team, Pioneer team etc.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to marketing sales.
- Sales and product skillset
- Results orientated, committed and with solid sense of discipline
