Role Description
The Marketing Assistant internship at Omnified is a remote role supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operational and research activities. Responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering and organizing data on customer segments, competitors, and trends, and helping prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. The intern will support communication with potential and existing customers, including responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and helping maintain CRM records.



Additional tasks may include assisting with straightforward sales and marketing campaigns, preparing basic content for outreach, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth customer service and effective communication. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in marketing operations while working closely with more experienced team members.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze basic marketing and customer data.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
- Interest or experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing activities, including supporting campaigns and follow-ups.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
