Job Title: Service Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer responsible for the
installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
The candidate will provide prompt customer support, ensure maximum machine uptime, and
maintain strong customer relationships through effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out installation and commissioning of industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of:
o Industrial Ovens
o Paint Booths
o Shot Blasting Machines
o Material Handling Systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Conduct machine health checkups and recommend preventive actions.
• Execute Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities as per schedule.
• Attend customer complaints and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Prepare detailed service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, spare parts,



and technical
support.
• Identify spare parts requirements and recommend replacements when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all service
activities.
• Support equipment performance improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Travel to customer locations as required for service assignments.
Required Qualifications
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
• 25 years of experience in industrial equipment service and maintenance (preferred).
Required Skills
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of industrial ovens, paint booths, shot blasting equipment, and
material handling systems.
• Understanding of electrical panels, motors, sensors, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
