Upper Crust is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Corporate Sales Manager (F&B;) to lead our business development efforts in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will drive revenue by aggressively securing high-value corporate accounts, large-scale luxury weddings, and major MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate event planners, local business leaders, and wedding organizers, positioning our venue and culinary services as the premier choice in the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Corporate Outbound Sales: Identify, pitch to, and secure accounts with local corporate offices, manufacturing hubs, and multinationals across corporate zones in & around Ahmedabad.
- Weddings & Social Events: Build networks with premium wedding planners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to secure high-volume, multi-day wedding banquets and catering contracts.
- MICE Event Acquisition: Target large-scale trade shows, conventions,



and corporate exhibitions to maximize banquet space and F&B; revenue utilization.
- Financial Targets: Actively work toward meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual venue sales targets within the defined pricing strategy.

2. Client Relationship & Account Management
- End-to-End Consultative Sales: Guide clients through inquiries, site inspections, customizable menu curation, contract drafting, and final billing.
- Relationship Retention: Maintain solid, value-driven relationships with past corporate clients to encourage repeat bookings and annual corporate gala partnerships.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Culinary & Operations Alignment: Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Banquets Operations team to ensure complex menus, dietary preferences, and event themes are executed flawlessly.
- Logistics Oversight: Supervise the seamless handover of event itineraries and custom client expectations to the floor operations tea
